I enjoy working closely with directors to find the right approach for each story.
For me, cinematography begins with performance. The camera and light should deepen the emotional experience rather than compete with it. I enjoy discovering a visual language that grows from character and story, working closely with directors and crews to build trust and create images that feel authentic and cinematic. Whatever the project, my aim is always the same, to create an atmosphere, both in front of and behind the camera, that serves the story.
